Our mission is to enhance the educational experience of students in the East Aurora Union Free School District. Since 1988, the East Aurora Educational Foundation has worked with teachers, administrators, and the East Aurora community to fulfill over $1,000,000 in educational grants.
About Us
The East Aurora Educational Foundation, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, was inspired by Dr. James Ford and established in 1988 to benefit the faculty and students by enriching the culture in the East Aurora Schools. For over 30 years, the foundation has had the unique opportunity to help support and empower the dynamic educational experience East Aurora schools offer students. Managed by a volunteer board of directors, the foundation is a separate and independent
organization from the East Aurora Union Free School District, but works hand in hand with the district’s passionate teachers and administrators to further access to innovative educational opportunities. The foundation relies on private donations and the support of a dedicated and collaborative community to fulfill its mission: enhancing the educational experience of East Aurora students.
